Many of The Best Portugal animation activities are conducted on open air. Thus, while always be mindful of weather conditions. We have to bear in mind that sometimes unpredictable weather phenomena do occur during a tour. In such cases The Best Portugal won´t be held responsible for that and those reasons will never be considered as reasonable for any refund.

Tours will leave according to times stated on itineraries and will not wait for “latecomers”. We accept no responsibility for passengers failing to be at designated pick up points at designated times, no refund is provided for passengers failing to meet our tour at designated times.

We reserve the right to alter any part of the itinerary due to the fact that they are subject to supplier availability at the time of booking. Should it be necessary to alter an itinerary, a supplier of equal value and quality shall be chosen. The client shall be notified in writing of any changes made to an itinerary.

We reserve the right to use alternate vehicles and operators.

Tour arrangements are intended for persons of reasonably good health and without physical disabilities which would create a hazard either for the passenger or other passengers. The Best Portugal, reserves the right to decline to accept or retain any person as a tour participant should such person’s health or mental condition impede the operation of the tour.

Smoking is not permitted on our vehicles or inside winery buildings.
