Start your Adventure
After a scenic ride, you will start this charming day by visiting a winery where you will get to know and experience this regions DOC wine and the famous Muscat from Setúbal. You will learn about production methods, as the traditional foot stumping, the fermentation in concrete deposits or the stainless steel vats and the aging on wooden barrels.
This wine adventure combines a visit to a winery and a premium wine tasting, near Lisbon with a deep dive into the gastronomic traditions of Setúbal. That’s the reason why we invite you to enjoy a meal at a traditional local restaurant to try the region´s fantastic comfort food. All this takes place close to the Atlantic, in a beautiful village by the sea, on the Blue Coast.
The afternoon will be completed with a hands-on experience: you will be taught how to do the famous Azeitão Cheese with your own hands. You will get to know the story of this family business and then you will be invited to produce your own cheeses. In the end, you will taste the delicacy with delicious Moscatel wine and locally produced jams and bread.
